The age recommendations outlined for Kindermusik classes have been constructed to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child’s success in a particular age range, I am happy to discuss your child’s needs and to work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her.
Although you may join a class at anytime as long as there is space, please register early since class sizes are limited and many fill quickly. Registering at least three weeks before the semester begins also ensures that I will have your child’s materials for you at your first class. If you register after materials have been ordered, additional shipping & handling fees will apply. A registration form and payment MUST be received in order to reserve a spot for you and your child. Payment includes class tuition/at home material fees, plus a one-time registration fee of $25.00 for new clients. Registration is completed online at www.musicwithmsdee.kindermusik.com. You will receive an email to confirm your registration. If you enroll after a class begins, tuition will be prorated accordingly.
NO refunds will be issued after the 1st week of Foundations classes, or after the 3rd week of Level 1, 2, or 3 classes. Classes with an ongoing monthly subscription enrollment are paid In full each month. No partial monthly payments are accepted. The cost of materials (including all related taxes and shipping fees), the one-time $25 registration fee, and a $17 processing fee are nonrefundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Classes will be made up in the event of teacher illness or inclement weather. I will notify you of the cancellation and the scheduled makeup day.
Due to limited class sizes and the delicacy of the younger class setting, Foundations and Level 1 & 2 classes can ONLY accommodate nonenrolled siblings IF they are young enough to stay content in a car carrier.
Adults must wear socks in class.
