Music has been a part of Dee Pierce’s life for as long as she can remember.  She started taking piano lessons long before her feet could reach the pedals.  Growing up singing in church played a huge part in developing her love for music.
Dee Pierce was a Jazz Vocal Studies/Music Industry dual major at the University of Miami (FL) and completed her degree as a Jazz Studies major at Western Michigan University.  She started teaching children as a Mommy & Me/Baby & Me instructor in east Fort Lauderdale in 2004.  She became a Kindermusik business owner and licensed Kindermusik educator in 2006.  She is now recognized by Kindermusik© International
as a Kindermusik Maestro, Mezzanine Level.  The Mezzanine Level Maestros represent the top 5 percent of Kindermusik© educators in their class for building a truly expansive program and proving masterful in reaching a large number of families.  Ms. Dee has maintained this status and honor since 2012.  She currently enjoys an active schedule as an accredited Kindermusik© educator, the elementary music teacher at Little Flower Montessori School in Wilton Manors FL, the PK3/PK4 music teacher at North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek FL, and a professional vocalist in the south Florida area.  She has been singing professionally since 1999.  Her performance resume includes singing for the Walt Disney Corporation as a member of Disney's All-American College Jazz Band Singers where she performed with such legendary artists as Joe Williams, Eartha Kitt, Toni Tennille, Marilyn McCoo, Diane Schuur, Dianne Reeves, Rosemary Clooney, and Maureen McGovern. She's also sung with The Manhattan Transfer’s Allan Paul, and most recently, Grammy-Award winning flautist, Nestor Torres

Ms. Dee is thrilled to share her love for music with little ones.  Her excitement and passion prove contagious and make learning music a fun time for all!
